摘要
围绕甘肃科技文献共享平台建设与发展,借鉴国内外科技文献资源共建共享成功经验,探索欠发达地区科技文献共享模式,通过对现行体制下科技文献资源共建障碍的分析与共享模式的研究,提出"资源各自持有、各自建设、同一界面、共同服务"的甘肃模式,构建甘肃科技文献共享机制。
In the construction of the sharing platform for the development of Gansu Science and Technology literature,successful experiences in building technical literature resources sharing at home and abroad are learned in order to find a model for the underdeveloped area.Through the analysis of the barrier to the building of the sharing of the Science and Technology literature under the present system and the research on the sharing patterns,this paper proposes the Gansu model that ＂different owners of resources construct their own system and use the same interface to serve all the readers＂.
