摘要
地区图书馆联盟开展文献信息资源共建共享活动,要结合本地区的文献信息需求环境、文献资源发展条件、合作组织成员的特点等因素。湖南省文献资源共建共享协作网在发展中建立了有效的管理机构,制定了必要的规章制度,引入了发展动力机制、资源共享机制、业务协调机制和利益平衡机制,形成了有自身特色的组织管理模式和共建共享机制,推动了本地区文献信息资源共建共享活动持续、有效地开展。
The document information resource sharing activities of regional library consortium should base on local specific document information demands,document information resource building conditions and the characteristics of the members of the organization and some other factors.On the development of the Hunan Documents Information Resource Cooperation Net(HDIRCN),it established effective management institution,and developed necessary rules and regulations,and introduced some of mechanisms such as dynamic mechanism,resource sharing mechanism,co-operation mechanism and interest balancing mechanism,Which helps to develop self characteristics of organizational and management models and document information sharing mechanisms,and to effectively and continuously promote regional document information resource sharing activities.
