摘要
目的：分析酶联免疫法（ELISA）与血清乳胶层析法对乙肝两对半结果的影响。方法：采用酶联免疫法与血清乳胶层析法，分别检测病人的乙肝两对半各项标志物的浓度变化。结果：在180例病人中，两种方法测的标志物阳性率相近，差异经统计学分析无显著性（P〉0.05））。结论：层析法相对操作便捷，酶联免疫法相对时间较长，但价格相对较低，故可根据情况选择适合的检测方法。
Objective： To analyze the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） and serum hepatitis B latex chromatography results of two pairs of semi. Methods： The serum and latex chromatography of hepatitis B patients were detected by two pairs of half-concentration of the markers. Results： 180 patients, two methods were similar marker positive difference by statistical analysis was not significant （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： The chromatographic method is relatively easy to operate, ELISA is relatively a long time, but the price is relatively low, it can choose the circumstances of the detection method.
