摘要
航空装备在生命周期内各种信息的有效积累和高效利用是航空装备使用维护信息化和网络化的关键问题。分析航空装备保障的发展趋势,以PDM为平台,开发了基于PDM的基层飞机维修管理系统,解决了飞机在使用维护过程中的故障诊断、参数管理、设备管理和技术资料管理等问题,实现了飞机设计制造单位和使用单位的高效合作,有助于航空装备信息化和网络化的普及。
In the life cycle of aviation equipment,the effective accumulation and efficient usage of various kinds of information are the key issues of networked and informational aviation maintenance.Analyzes the development trends of aviation equipment and develops a maintenance management system of airplane in grass roots which bases on principle of PDM to realize fault diagnosis,parameter management,equipment management and technical data management in maintenance and usage of aircraft.At the same time,it resolves the effective cooperation between aircraft designers,manufacturers and customers,and promotes the informatization and networking of aviation equipment spreading to the grassroots level.
