摘要
该文以目前现存单位社区在其嬗变过程中发生的城市供给空间模式转变为研究对象,通过调研发现单位作为就业地的核心作用依然有所体现。论文将其典型空间模式描述为"核心——外围圈层"结构,并对其基本特征和典型模式进行了分析和总结。提出这种嬗变中表现出的城市供给空间模式具有一定的参考价值,是可持续发展的"地域化城市生活"空间结构。最后,论文从宏观用地功能划分、规划与土地管理、政策引导三个方面提出实现这种空间模式的可能性。
In this paper,the changes of city-supply spatial pattern which occurred during evolution of the existing units are raised as the research object,and through the research,we found that central role of unit as the employment land is still reflected.The typical spatial patterns can be described as ＂the core-periphery spheres＂.The paper analyzes and summarizes its basic characteristics and typical patterns,and proposed its reference as the sustainable development ＂Localization of city life＂ spatial structure.Finally,the paper put forwards three possibilities to achieve this spatial pattern from the macro function of land division,land management and policy guidance.
