诊断性结肠镜并发肠穿孔金属夹治疗三例 被引量：6

摘要 我院内镜中心2007年1月至2009年12月,诊断性结肠镜共10 737例,其中无痛诊断性结肠镜2202例,普通诊断性结肠镜8535例,共发生3例肠穿孔,总发生率为0.028%.无痛诊断性结肠镜并发肠穿孔发生1例,普通诊断性结肠镜并发肠穿孔发生2例,发生肠穿孔的部位均位于直肠壶腹或乙状结肠.现对3例诊断性结肠镜并发肠穿孔病例进行回顾性总结.
