摘要
目的:比较自制双腔负压引流管与传统引流管的引流效果。方法:对家兔背部皮下接种粪便造成皮下脓肿,分别用自制双腔负压引流和传统引流管引流脓肿,观察创面愈合状况,引流物性状以及引流物带菌量。结果:用自制双腔负压引流管引流脓肿较传统引流管引流效果好,创面愈合速度快,创面带菌量少(P<0.05)。结论:用自制双腔负压引流管引流脓肿是一种安全方便、有效的方法,能够加快脓肿愈合,缩短治疗时间,具有良好的效果。
Objective： To compare the draining effect of self-made double-barreled vaccum sealing drainage（VSD） with the traditional（VSD） one.Methods： We drained the subcutaneous abscess on the rabbits＇ back caused by innoculation dejecta with self-made double-barreled VSD and traditional VSD.The healing of the traumatic surface,quale of the drain and the number of the bacteria were observed.Results： The effect of self-made double-barreled VSD was better than the traditional VSD.The healing of the traumatic fastened.The number of bacteria reduced（P0.05）.Conclusion： The self-made double-barreled VSD is a safety,convenient and effective method to drain abscess which can fasten the healing of the abscess,shorten the therapy time and possess a good effection.
