摘要
目的:通过对俞募配穴相关文献的分析和总结,探讨其临床运用特点。方法:手工查阅古代文献,以背俞穴、募穴、俞募配穴为关键词电子检索VIP(1979-至今)和CNKI(1979-至今)数据库,并对文献进行统计分析。结果:古代相关文献记录135条,现代文献784篇,其中相关文献52篇。结论:临床适应症以脏腑病为主,最常用于:①慢性支气管炎,②慢性胃炎,③结石(胆+泌尿系),④消化性溃疡,⑤青少年遗尿等;进针深度:①背俞穴:3-4.6分;②募穴:0.75-8.8分。进针方向:①背俞穴:偏向脊柱方向为宜;②募穴:多数以直刺或斜刺为宜。
Objective：Discussion the clinical application characteristics of Shu Mu points thougth analysising and summaring the relevant literature.Method： Inspect manualy ancient literature and searched VIP（1979-present）,and CNKI（1979-present） databasea as the Back-shu points and front-mu points raised,Shu mu acupoints for the Key words：,then statistically analyse the results.Results： The result is 135 records of ancient literature,784 modern literature,of which the related literature is 52.Conclusion： The clinical indications is main for organs diseases,most commonly is used for ①chronic bronchitis,②chronic gastritis,③stones（biliary ＋ urinary system）,④peptic ulcer,⑤adolescent enuresis,etc.Depth： ①Back-shu points ：3-4.6points;②Mu points ： 0.75-8.8points;Direction of Needle： ① Back-shu points： The direction is to the spine.②Front-mu Points： Most of them is piercing,perpendicularly or obliquely.
