摘要
研制了一套中压开关柜状态在线监测装置。装置以微处理器ADuC842为核心组成控制电路的最小系统,实现对开关柜绝缘套管泄漏电流、母线电连接处温度、机械状态和开关状态的监测,提前发现潜在的故障并为分析故障原因提供了依据和参考。对于开关柜现场存在的电磁干扰源,从系统的硬件和软件两方面采取多种抗干扰措施,提高装置的电磁兼容性能,通过EMC型式试验认证,达到国家4级标准。研究成果对提高开关柜运行可靠性,进而提高电力系统的安全稳定运行具有重要的意义。
A condition on-line monitoring device for medium voltage switchgear is designed.The minimum system of the control circuit is the ADuC842.The parameters such as insulation leakage current,bus temperature,mechanical status,and switch status of switchgear are monitored,which provides the basis and reference for understanding the potential fault and analysis of fault.For the electromagnetic interference existing around the switchgear,from both hardware and software,kinds of anti-interference measures are taken to enhance the electromagnetic compatibility,which makes it successfully pass the national EMC 4 level standards.Research result is of great significance for improving operation reliability of the switchgear,and further security and stability of power system.
