摘要
为实现永磁机构控制与在线监测功能一体化设计,笔者在传统永磁控制器基础上添加线圈电流采集回路、机械特性在线监测回路,实现永磁机构控制、线圈电流信号、机械行程信号采集,并根据控制信号或线圈电流阈值或机械行程阈值启动录波并生成录波文件。通过对测试中几个故障实例录波文件的分析,提出了基于实例的故障诊断方法:首先依据录波文件中控制信号、线圈电流信号、机械行程信号有无及出现时序关系进行初步诊断,以诊断突发性设备故障,并根据录波文件分析故障部位和产生原因;当初步诊断开关设备无突发性设备故障后再依据机械特性行程—时间包络线和线圈电流—时间包络线进一步确定开关设备健康状态,诊断开关设备可能存在的渐变性故障及故障类型等,防止事故的发生。
In order to realize integration function for controlling and on-line monitoring of permanent magnetic actuator vacuum circuit breaker, the authors integrate the on-line monitoring function into the controller and use three means to trig recorder. According to the analysis of the recorder, it can realize failure diagnosis. For example, using the control command, coil current curve and mechanic characteristic curve presence or absence and presence sequence can be easy to discover the outburst failure.And using the envelope method it can easy to discover the outburst and gradual failure.The test result indicates the integrated method is good for the problem search and analysis and the overall performance improvement of permanent magnetic actuator vacuum circuit breaker.
