摘要
[目的]为青海蚕豆品种改良、科学选配亲本提供理论依据。[方法]利用AFLP标记技术对青海蚕豆种质资源的多样性进行分析。[结果]对149份青海蚕豆资源进行AFLP标记分析,共扩增出大小为34~943 bp的片段173条,其中多态性条带81条,占总数的46.07%,平均每对引物可扩增8.1条多态性带;不同来源种质资源扩增出多态性带的数目和比例差异较大;将149份材料分为8个组群,品种并没有全部按来源地聚类,各来源地的品种之间存在广泛的交流。来源地相同的品种并不单独聚成一类。[结论]青海蚕豆种质资源较为丰富,地方品种具有高度的遗传多样性。将AFLP标记技术与蚕豆育种技术结合,可指导育种工作。
[Objective] The aim was to provide theoretical basis for improving Qinghai Vicia faba L.varieties and scientifically selecting its parents.[Method] AFL markers were used to evaluate the genetic diversity of Qinghai Vicia faba L..[Result] Through the analysis on 149 Vicia faba L.samples by AFLP marker,173 fragments of about 34-943 bp were amplified,81 of them were polymorphic,accounting for 46.07%,each pair of primers amplified 8.1 amplified bands.;the number and proportion of the polymorphism amplified by different genetic resources were different;149 samples were divided into 8 groups,there were extensive exchanges between diverse source of materials.Therefore,same sources of materials were not clustered into one group alone.[Conclusion] Qinghai Vicia faba L.was rich in genetic diversity,and it had high degree of genetic diversity.The combination of AELP marker and the Vicia faba L.breeding technology would guide the its seed breeding.
