摘要 目的:确定香薷中总黄酮的最佳超声提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交实验,以总黄酮提取得率为考察指标,考察乙醇浓度,提取温度,料液比和超声时间等因素对超声提取工艺的影响,确定其最佳超声提取工艺条件。结果:在所有考察的因素中,料液比和超声时间对香薷中总黄酮超声提取的影响最为显著,最佳提取工艺条件是:加药材质量30倍量的50%乙醇、50℃超声提取30min。结论:超声提取法具有时间短、收率高、耗能小等优点,可用于香薷总黄酮的提取。 Objective:Ultrasound extraction process of Elavonoids from Mosla chinensis Maxim was studied.Methods:To flavonoid content as the index,with L9(34) orthogonal experimental ultrasound Ultrasound extraction of total flavonoids was investigated ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,solid to liquid ratio and Ultrasound time and other factors to determine the optimum extraction conditions.Results:In all of the factors,the solid to liquid ratio on total flavonoids Mosla chinensis Maxim influence of Ultrasound extraction was the most significant,and the optimum extraction conditions are: solid to liquid ratio1:30,50% ethanol,30 minutes of Ultrasound time,extraction temperature of 50℃.Conclusion:Ultrasonic extraction has a short time,high yield,energy consumption,etc,and can be used for the extraction of total flavonoids from Mosla chinensis Maxim.
