摘要
对广州商务办公空间进行了系统考察,分析了广州商务办公空间的二维和三维空间演变特征,并分析了商务办公空间在功能维度方面的演变特征。研究结果表明,城市最高办公建筑对办公活动的引导和集聚作用非常明显,每次最高商务办公建筑的诞生,均会引发商务办公空间重心的偏移,带动城市中央商务区空间的轮换。
By systematically studying on the business office space in Guangzhou, this article indicates the features of the two - dimensional and three - dimensional spatial evolution and analyzes the functional evolution. The results show that the development of the highest office building in the city has a strong influence on the leading and agglomeration of businesses activi- ties. Every newlyborn highest building＇ s appearance will make the central gravity of the business office space shift and change, and bring the spatial rotation of the entire CBD.
