摘要
分析军队中小医院发展中受到的诸多限制,将科学发展观的理论引入医院发展的具体实践中;认为军队中小医院在发展中要把握科学发展观的第一要义,坚持科学发展观的核心,贯彻科学发展观的基本要求,遵循科学发展观的根本方法;并在实践中总结成功的做法。
The limits were analyzed in the military middle and small hospital development,and the concrete practice was discussed to introduce the scientific development views theory into hospital development.And then the author proposed that the hospital must insist on taking the scientific development view as the first essential meaning of the development,follow the guide of the view.At last,some successful procedures were summarizes in reality.
