摘要
目的:研究盐制对杜仲化学成分的影响。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱及制备HPLC色谱对杜仲炮制前后含量增加的化学成分进行了提取分离,并通过波谱技术对其结构进行鉴定。又利用TLC和HPLC色谱法分析盐制对杜仲化学成分的影响。结果:以薄层色谱为指导,分离鉴定了杜仲盐制后含量增加的5个化学成分,分别为阿魏醛、松脂素、表松脂素、中脂素和(-)-medioresinol。结论:杜仲盐制后,环烯醚萜和木脂素糖苷类成分含量降低,有些木脂素苷元含量增加。
AIM:To study the effects of processing on the chemical constituents of Eucommiae Cortex.METH-ODS: To isolate the chemical constituents of Eucommiae Cortex signifycantly changed after processing by GC and HPLC,and identify their structures on the analysis of spectra data.RESULTS: Five constituents changed signifi-cantly after processing were firmed as coniferylaldehyde(compound 1)、(+)-pinoresinol(compound 2)、(+)-epipinoresinol(compound 3)、(+)-medioresinol(compound 4)、(-)-medioresinol(compound 5).CONCLU-SION: After processing treatment,the contents of iridoids and lignanoids decreased significantly and that of some lignans increased obviously in Eucommiae Cortex.
