摘要 建立微波消解—凯式定氮法测定大豆中蛋白质含量的方法,采用密闭微波消解样品,优化微波消解条件。方法的相对标准偏差RSD为1.75%,回收率在99.2-102.2%之间。分析结构与国标对照物显著性差异。该法具有消化时间短、环境污染小等特点,为快速测定大豆蛋白含量、以及改善操作人员工作环境,提供了参考。 A method of microwave digestion-kjecdahc for the determination of protein content in soybean was introduced,and microwave digestion conditions were optimized.The RSD of the method was 1.75%,the recovery was 99.2%~102.2%.There were no significant differences between determination results by this method and those by the nation standard method of China.This method could operate easily,extract quickly and be less environmental pollution.So it would provide reference for quickly determine the protein content in soybean and improve the work environment.
