考虑服役年龄的零件强度-应力可靠性动态建模与仿真

Dynamic modeling and simulation of reliability based on strength-stress model considering part service age

摘要 基于强度-应力干涉理论设计的零件,通常由于没有考虑服役时间导致零件疲劳失效.这种静可靠度设计不能正确反应零件在服役过程中可靠度的变化,即使设计一定的安全裕度也往往在服役过程中由于可靠性不满足要求而导致零件失效.充分考虑服役年龄对机械零件强度分布的影响,建立零件强度-应力可靠度动态模型,探讨疲劳失效对零件可靠度的变化;通过数值仿真,分析在服役过程中零件可靠度分布参数的变化规律,发展面向服役过程的零件可靠性设计方法,为零件的设计、维修、更换提供可靠依据. The part designed based on the strength-stress interference model,for without considering fatigue failure and ignoring service time,is easy to fail.This static part reliability can not reflect part reliability variation in the service course and parts fail because of unreliability in the working course,even though a definite safety margin is designed to keep parts regularly working.In this paper,service time and fatigue failure was considered to have influence on the strength distribution of mechanical parts,and part dynamic reliability model based on strength-stress interference theory was established to track variation of part reliability during service process.By means of numerical simulation,it was analyzed and discussed how the parameters of part distribution function have influence on part reliability,and part reliability design method for service process was developed,which provide a reliable basis for part design,part maintenance and part replacement.
