摘要
首先介绍二种常用的疲劳可靠性分析模式,在视载荷与抗力为随机过程,视材料常数n和C为随机变量的基础上,对动态疲劳可靠性分析模型进行研究,建立动态疲劳可靠性分析方法。通过对Paris模型的分析,得到n和C的关系,试验结果的数据分析表明n和C分别符合正态分布及对数正态分布。借助二个实例,验证该方法的有效性,可作为工程机械金属结构疲劳可靠性检测评估的一种方法。
Two models of fatigue reliability analysis firsdy were introduced, after load and resistance were considered as stochastic processes and the material constants n and C as stochastic variables, the dynamic fatigue reliability analysis model was studied. A dynamic fatigue reliability analysis method was established. Through the Paris model a relationship between n and C was obtained. The experiment results of fatigue crack growth rate data indicate that both n and lg C are fit for a normal distribution. It indicates that the method is effective, two examples on this was available, which can be used in the evaluation of fatigue reliability of engineering machine metal structure.
