摘要
采用机械破皮、硫酸、沸水处理粉花山扁豆种子进行不同育苗基质的发芽试验,结果表明:机械破皮处理后的种子发芽率为66.5%;硫酸处理后的种子发芽率为86.2%;沸水处理后的种子发芽率为19%,对照(未经处理直接播种)的仅为1.3%。育苗基质采用森林腐殖土的育苗效果较好。因此粉花山扁豆种子的最佳处理方法为98%的浓硫酸浸种30 min,同时采用普通的森林腐殖土作育苗基质,其操作简单,出苗快,苗木整齐。
We treated the seeds of Cassia agnes with the ways of mechanical capsule damage,sulfuric acid and boiled water for germination experiment.It showed that the germination rate of the seeds was 66.5 % by mechanical capsule damage,that of it was 86.2 % by the treatment of sulfuric acid,and 19 % by the treatment of boiled water,while the control(without any treatment) was only 1.3 %.The seedlings grew well on soil,we suggested that best treatment of Cassia agnes seeds being immersing the seeds with 98 % sulfuric acid for 30 min,then planting them in humus soil.This method fostered faster growth and trim seedlings,also easily manipulated.
