摘要
以全运会突出的焦点问题为切入点,客观分析了全运会出现异化现象的原因,针对这些原因提出解决对策:创立科学的体育政绩评估和考核体系;对全运会进行以赛制为龙头的深层次改革;弘扬人文精神,让竞技体育回归本质;完善体育法制建设;强化监督机制。
This article focuses on the outstanding problems in China National Games,analyses the reasons why could appear the alienation phenomena in National Games;and proposes some countermeasures as follow： creating scientific systems of sports merits estimation and testing,deeply reforming the competitive system of National Games,developing the spirits of humanism,perfecting the construction of sports laws,and strengthening supervise system.
