摘要
经技术改造后的井下胶带输送机采用了无齿轮永磁同步电机变频驱动系统,通过工程实例与理论分析,确定了整个驱动系统具有高效、节能;低噪音、免维护;输出转巨大,起动平稳;结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻的优点。这一系统为矿用设备领域采用"绿色矿用设备"进行了有益探索。
By technology improvement, the no-gear permanent-magnet synchronous frequency conversion driver system was used in mine belt conveyer. Through the engineering case and theory analysis, we find that the system has the following qualities: high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, maintenance free, high output rate, smooth starting, compact structure, small size and light weight. The system is a significant exploration of green mining equipments.
