摘要
中亚地区地缘战略位置特殊,安全形势一直比较复杂。未来该地区面临的安全热点包括吉尔吉斯斯坦的政治动荡、极端势力和跨国犯罪问题、中亚国家间的资源纠纷、费尔干纳地区的边界争端、错综复杂的大国竞争等。尽管一些安全威胁具有地区性,但具体到中亚五国,每个国家安全上面临的风险各不相同,其应对危机的能力也有明显的差异。在中亚出现地区性动荡的可能性不大,但一些领域的安全危机将是持续的、长期的。中亚国家不会改变对中国以睦邻友好为基调的政策,中国的影响会进一步增大,与此同时,面临的挑战也会逐步增多。
The central Asia is of special geographical strategy and complex in security situation.The security hot spots in the region cover political turbulence,extremist force and border-crossing crimes in Kyrgyzstan;disputes over resources between one country and another in central Asia,border disputes in Ferganskaya Dolina and complicated competition among big powers etc.Though some threats to safety are rent case,with obvious gap in capability to deal with crisis,the regional unrest is less likely to take place.Still,the security crises in some fields will sustain for a long time.The central-Asian countries won＇t change their policy towards China based on neighboring friendship.China will further its influence,so the challenge it faces.
