摘要
肝细胞生长因子是一种多效性的细胞因子,具有促细胞分裂、增殖、运动、抗纤维化等多种生物学活性。它可以通过抑制减少转化生长因子β1合成和信号转导、减少肝星形细胞活化和增殖、抑制胶原纤维合成、促进细胞外基质降解、抑制上皮-间质转化等多种机制来发挥抗肝纤维化效应,具有开发成为一种有效的抗纤维化临床药物的巨大潜能。
Hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) is a multifunctional cytokine,which acts as a potent mitogen for mature hepatocytes and promoter for liver regeneration after liver injury.HGF can ameliorate liver fibrosis through multiple mechanisms,including decreasing the expression and signal transduction of transforming growth factor-beta 1,inhibiting the proliferation and activation of hepatic stellate cell,reducing the synthesis of collagen,promoting the degradation of extracellular matrix,and modulating the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition.It has a great potential for exploiting HGF as a therapeutic agent in liver cirrhosis.
