摘要
给小鼠灌服苦刺总生物碱盐酸(苦碱)能增强小鼠对常压密闭缺氧的耐受力,对抗异丙肾上腺素加速整体小鼠耗氧速度和降低低氧条件下的氧利用能力,也能对抗酚妥拉明降低小鼠在缺氧条件下的氧利用能力。苦碱还能延长断头小鼠的张口动作持续时间,以及氰化钾、亚硝酸钠和利多卡因中毒时的小鼠存活时间,表现出广谱的抗缺氧作用,且呈现量效关系。
The total alkaloids from Sophora viciifolia (SVA), 200mg/kg ig, prolonged the Survival time of mice under the condition of the normobaric hypoxia, antagonizcd the effects of, decreasing the survival time by ip isoprenaline or phentolamine. SVA showed the antagonistic actions by decreasing O_2 consumption of body and raising the bodily ability to utilize O_2 under the condition of hypoxia. SVA, 100 and 200mg/kg ig, prolonged decapitation-induced gasping duration in mice, and prolonged the survival time in mice poisoned by KCN, NaNO_2 and lidocaine. This paper demonstrated that SVA possesses the broad anti-anoxic actions.
