摘要
13α-羟基苦参碱(HM)是苦从刺叶中分离得到的一种新结构化合物。给小鼠isHM180和360 mg·kg^(-1)能减慢常压闭缺氧小鼠的耗氧速度并延长存活时间,能对抗异丙肾上腺素和酚妥拉明缩短小鼠存活时间的作用。HM还能延长断头小鼠的张口动作持续时间,以及氰化钾、亚硝酸钠和利多卡因中毒小鼠存活时间,表现出广谱抗缺氧能力。
13a-Hydroxymatrine(HM)is a new structural compound isolated from Sophora viciifolia Hance. HM,180 and 360 mg · kg-1 ig,decreased the velocity of O2 consumption,and prolonged the survival time of mice under the condition of the normobaric hypoxia,and antagonized the effects of decreasing the survival time by ip isoprenaline or phentolamine. HM 180 and 360 mg · kg-1 ig,prolonged the survival time in mice poisoned by KCN,NaNO2 and lidocaine.and prolonged decapitation-induced gasping duration in mice. It was suggested that HM possesses the broad anti-anoxic actions.
