摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT泌尿系三维重建技术在输尿管病变中的临床应用。方法对98例输尿管病变的患者行64排螺旋CT泌尿系三维重建技术(computed tomography urography,CTU)检查,应用容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、曲面重组(CPR)等多种后处理技术,并与手术病理结果对照分析。结果 76例成人输尿管病变患者中,输尿管结石32例,输尿管癌20例,膀胱癌侵犯输尿管5例,外压性梗阻19例,其中腹膜后纤维化3例,髂内动静脉畸形8例,假性动脉瘤8例;22例儿童输尿管病变患者中,9例为肾盂输尿管移行部狭窄,7例为输尿管下段狭窄,6例为重复肾重复输尿管。结论 64排螺旋CT泌尿系三维重建技术的应用有助于输尿管病变定性诊断。
Objective To investigate diagnostic value of the 64-slice spiral CT in the cause of ureteral lesions.Methods Ninety-eight cases of patients with ureteral lesions scan by 64-slice spiral CT urography(computed tomography urography,CTU),using volume rendering(VR),maximum intensity projection(MIP),curved planar reformation(CPR) and other post-processing techniques were observed,and comparative analyed with surgery or pathologic results.Results Among seventy-six cases of adult patients with ureteral lesions,there were 32 cases of ureteral calculi,20 cases of ureteral cancer,5 cases of violations of the ureter in bladder cancer,19 cases of obstruction by external pressure,in which 3 cases of retroperitoneal fibrosis,8 cases of internal iliac arteriovenous malformation,8 cases of pseudoaneurysm;22 cases of child patients with ureteral lesions,9 cases for the department of ureteropelvic transitional narrow,7 cases of lower ureteral stenosis,and 6 cases of ureteral duplication of renal duplication.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction contributes to the application of qualitative diagnosis in ureteral lesions.
