摘要
在藤稔葡萄(Fujiminorigrape)盛花后15d,应用不同量的IPA[6-(3-甲基-2-丁烯基)氨基嘌呤]水溶液对果穗喷雾,各处理单株产量之间呈极显著差异,稀释500倍IPA处理效果最佳,单株产量65kg,比对照高21kg;其次是稀释600倍IPA,株产59kg,比对照高15kg;可溶性固形物比对照分别提高24和19个百分点;可滴定酸分别比对照降低014和010个百分点。
Fifteen days after full bloom,diffrerent dilutions of IPA solution were sprayed upon the fruit clusters of Fujiminori grape . The results showed that the yield per plant among six treatments were significantly different. The effect of 500 times diluted IPA was the best(6.5 kg), then was 600 times diluted IPA (5.9 kg). Compared to the CK, the yield per plant of these two treatment was increased 2.1 kg and 1.5 kg respectively, their soluble solid content(TSS) were increased by 2.4 percent age points and 1.9 percent age points respectively, their titratable acid were reduced by 0.14 percent age points and 0.10 percent age points respectively.
