摘要
目的观察比较德国VOCO纳米树脂Grandio、流动树脂Grandio Flow和前牙充填玻璃离子LonofilPlus修复牙体楔状缺损的临床效果。方法选择60例患者共136颗楔状缺损牙随机分为3组,分别用德国VOCO纳米树脂Grandio(A组)、流动树脂Grandio Flow(B组)和前牙充填玻璃离子Lonofil Plus(C组)充填修复,观察1年后疗效。结果 A组成功率92.00%,B组96.00%,C组75.00%;A组与B组之间疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),A组、B组与C组之间疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论德国VOCO纳米树脂Grandio和流动树脂Gran-dio Flow是一种较理想的修复牙体楔状缺损的充填材料。
Objective Observed and compared the clinical effects of wedge-shaped teeth defect repairing with Germany VOCO nano resin Grandio,flow resin Grandio Flow and front teeth filling glass ionormer Lonofil Plus.Methods Select 60 patients with 136 wedge-shaped teeth defect randomly divided into 3 groups,respectively filled with Germany VOCO nano resin Grandio（group A）,flow resin Grandio Flow（group B）and front teeth filling glass ionormer Lonofil Plus（group C）,observe one year curative effect.Results The success rate of Group A is 92.00%,group B is 96.00%,group C is 75.00%;there has no significant differences between Group A and group B（P 0.05）,there has significant difference between group A,group B and group C（P 0.05）.Conclusion Germany VOCO nano resin Grandio and flow resin Grandio Flow is a kind of ideal filling material of wedge-shaped teeth defect.
