摘要
目的:观察不同材料修复楔状缺损对其边缘密合度的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将100例楔状缺损患牙患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组患者的患牙采用流体树脂填充修复治疗;对照组患者的患牙给予玻璃离子填充修复。观察比较两组患者的患牙的疗效。结果:观察组患者的患牙填充成功率(96.00%),明显高于对照组(70.00%),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过1年的随访,观察组患者的患牙不良情况发生率(4.00%),明显低于对照组(30.00%);在500倍扫描电镜(SEM)下观察观察组患者的患牙最大裂隙(30.92±8.14)μm,明显低于对照组(90.52±24.88)μm,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用流体树脂填充进行修复患者的楔状缺损患牙的临床效果优于玻璃离子填充修复。
Objective: To investigate effects of different materials in repairing wedge-shaped defects on marginal discrepancy. Methods: Using the method of random digits table,100 patients with wedge-shaped defects were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group. The control group was treatment with glass ionomer filling,while the observation group was given fluid resin filling for prosthetic treatment. The effects of the two groups were observed and compared after the treatment. Results: The success rate of observation group( 96. 00%) was significantly higher than that of control group( 70. 00%),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The one-year follow-up showed that: the incidence of adverse situation of observation group( 4. 00%) was obviously lower than that of control group( 30. 00%); under 500 × SEM,the maximum crack teeth in observation group( 30. 92 + 8. 14)μm was significantly lower than that of control group( 90. 52 + 24. 88) μm,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05). Conclusions: For the wedge-shaped defect,the fluid resin filling has better clinical effects than glass ionomer filling.
