摘要
针对目前煤矿综采工作面设备的检修方法,应用系统可靠性理论,对综采工作面设备的检修周期进行了分析。建立综采设备检修维护周期的优化模型,给出在检修和维护费用最小时,设备的最佳检修周期优化的数学公式,并对潞安王庄4329工作面目前的综采设备的检修更换周期进行了分析和探讨,该模型和数学公式可以作为确定综采设备最佳检修更换周期决策的参考依据。
Reliability theory is applied to analyze maintenance period of the fully mechanized coal mining face equipment aiming at its old methods. An optimization model of repairing period is established, and the optimized formula of maintenance period is given under the maintenance costs attaining the least according to the model. Finally, the maintenance period of 4329 working-face is analysed in Wangzhuang coal mining being adopted now, and discusses and illustrates the model and mathematical formula as a strategic decision and reference to determine the best maintenance of mechanized mining equipment replacement period.
