摘要
按照煤矿综采工作面是“人-机-环境”复杂系统的观点,对系统内人、机、环境的关系进行了分析,提出了通过启发式方法对系统故障进行分析的方法。经实例验证,表明该方法可以较好地确定系统内的薄弱环节,为生产实践活动的持续改进提供定量依据。
According to the viewpoint that fully-mechanized face in coal mine is a complex system composed of man, machine and environment, the relationship between the man, machine and environment within the system were analyzed. It was proposed to use, heuristic method to analyze the system faults. The verification of the real application case indicates that this method can well confirm the weak link in a system, thus providing a quantitative evidence for the sustained improvement of the practical production activity.
