摘要
用刚收集的兔球虫卵囊，经紫外线照射，不同照射剂量的未孢子化卵囊的存活率不同，其存活率呈反Ｓ形曲线。证明紫外线可用于生产中球虫卵囊的消毒。
Newly collected rabit coccidia oocysts of Eimeria stiedae were exposed to different amount of ultra-violet ray.The curve of survival rates and time had a shape like a S turned 180o from left to right. This experiment showed that rabit coccidia oocysts can be killed by uv. light.
