摘要
3%~4%碘酊、10%氨水和2.85%CS_2作用30min,可完全抑制兔的肝型和肠型球虫卵囊的发育。3%碘酊作用1min 就可完全抑制肝型球虫卵囊的发育;2%碘酊作用5min 无效,作用10min 相对有效率53.52%,作用15min 可完全抑制球虫卵囊的发育。1%碘酊无效,肠型球虫卵囊对碘酊有较高的耐受力。碘酊中加入醋酸有增效作用,而加入 NaOH 则使碘酊失效。
Oocysts of rabbit coccidia were collected from the rabbit liver(Eimeria stiedae) and intestines(E.performs,E.magna,E.media and E.piriforms).The oocysts were soaked with tincture of iodine and other chemicals.They were rinsed after a definite time.Then 2.5% K_2 Cr_2 O_7 was added and the oocysts were incubated at 27-28℃ for 7 days.Afterwards, sporulated and not sporulated oocysts were counted respectively.The results show that the development of oocystscould be inhibited with 2%-5% tincture of iodine,10% ammonia so- lution and 2.85% CS_2 at 30 min or 3%-5% tincture of iodine at 1 min.And the development of oocysts couldn't be inhibited with 1% tincture of iodine,5% formaldehyde,1% cresol and 4% glacial acctic acid at 30 min.The development of oocysts couldn't be inhibited with 5% tincture of iodine which contained 1% NaOH at 30min and were completely inhibited with 1% tincture of iodine which contained 4% glacial acetic acid at 30 min.
