摘要
目的:优选木香的最佳切制工艺。方法:以木香烃内酯含量、去氢木香内酯含量、小鼠小肠炭末推进率为测定指标,以浸润加水量、浸润时间、切片厚度为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交设计表,综合加权评分法确定木香饮片最佳切制工艺。结果:最佳切制工艺为:净木香药材加入0.3倍量水,浸润10 h后切成1~2 mm薄片。结论:木香的最佳切制工艺合理可行,可为规范木香饮片质量标准提供参考。
Objective: to optimize the cutting technology of Aucklandiae Radix.Method: The cutting technology of Aucklandiae Radix was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal design taking the content of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone,the intestinal propulsion in mice as indexes with the amount of water,soaking time and thickness of pieces as factors.Result: The best cutting technology of Aucklandiae Radix was cutting 1-2 mm thin pieces after soaking 10 h with 0.3 times water.Conclusion: The optimum cutting technology of Aucklandiae Radixis reasonable and feasible;it can provide a reference for establishing the quality standard of Aucklandiae Radixpieces.
