气相色谱法测定暑湿感冒灵中麝香草酚和香荆芥酚的含量 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立暑湿感冒灵(香薷、青蒿、黄芩等)中麝香草酚和香荆芥酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为HP-17石英毛细管柱(HP50%PhMe Silicone,10 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),柱初始温度130℃,停留14 min,以20℃/min速度一阶升温至220℃,停留36 min。结果:麝香草酚在12.51μg/mL^125.1μg/mL(r=0.999 8),香荆芥酚在21.52μg/mL^215.2μg/mL(r=0.999 7)有良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为麝香草酚97.9%(RSD=1.69%),香荆芥酚100.6%(RSD=2.27%),重复性的RSD分别为麝香草酚1.88%、香荆芥酚1.60%。结论:该方法可靠、准确、专属性强,可以作为控制暑湿感冒灵质量的方法。 AIM: To establish a quantitative method of determining thymol and earvaerol in Shushi Ganmao Ling ( dripping pill) (Herba Moslae, Herba Artemisiae Annuae, Radix ScuteUariae, etc. ). METHODS : The GC method was used with HP-17 quartz capillary column (HP 50% PhMe Silicone, 10 m ×0.25 mm ×0. 25μm). The initial temperature of chromatographic column was at 130℃ for 14 min, then elevated to 220℃ with the rate of 20℃/min, and retention for 36 min. RESULTS: The linearities of thymol and carvacrol were respective in the range of 12.51 μg,/mL-125.1μg/mL (r =0.999 8) and 21.52 μg/mL -215.2 μg/mL (r =0.999 7). The average recoveries were 97.9% ( RSD was 1.69% ) and 100.6% ( RSD was 2.27% ). RSD of repeatability were 1.88% and 1.60%, respectively. CONCLUSION : The method is reliable, accurate and specific. It can be used for quality control of Shushi Ganmao Ling (dripping Pill).
