摘要
日本大学多样化入学选拔模式,以大学自主选拔为基础、各种选拔方式相互补充,体现出选拔统一性与多样性相结合的特点。日本大学多样化入学选拔模式的形成,适应了不断发展高等教育的要求;多样化入学选拔得以实施,是大学、考生、政府、高中和各学协会五个利益群体共同参与、相互作用的结果。从日本的经验可知,大学入学多样化改革是一个渐进发展的过程。
The existing multi-pattern of university entrance selection in Japan reflects the characteristic of the unity and diversity of selection.Supplemented by various selection methods,the autonomous selection serves the primary method of selection,The formation of the multi-selection pattern adapts to the requirements of the continuous development of higher education;its implementation results from the interaction among the five interest groups： the universities,the candidates,the government,the high schools,the school associations and their participation.From Japan＇s experience,we can see that the reform of university entrance is a gradual process of development involved with multi-role forces.
