摘要
以云南东方蜜蜂作为材料，用两种方法提取不同发育时期、不同部位、不同性别的蜜蜂的ＤＮＡ，并进行纯化和检测。为将来开展蜜蜂分子遗传学、分子进化等研究打下一定基础。
We extracted DNA of Apis cerana from different developmental phase(pupa and youth adult), parts(head breast and all body), sexes(female and male). Then DNA was purified and Gel electeophiresis in 0.8% agarose. This experimentation is a early step of molecular genetics, molecular evolution of Apis cerana.
