摘要
目的探讨预防性护理在减少气压止血带所致皮肤损伤的作用。方法选择本院2009年1月-2010年9月骨科上肢手术患者100例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组实施预防性护理,包括改进止血带内衬材料和操作方法,比较两组患者的皮肤状况。结果实验组皮肤状况评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论预防性护理可有效减少气压止血带所致的皮肤损伤,提高患者满意度。
Objective To study the role of preventive care in reducing skin damage caused by air-pressure tourniquet.Methods One hundred patients who received upper limb orthopedic surgery from January 2009 to September 2010 in Wuhan Union Hospital were randomly divided into the control group（n = 50） and the experiment group（n = 50）.The control group received routine care,while the experiment group received preventive care,in which the lining material of the tourniquet and the operating methods were improved.Then the results of the skin condition were compared between the two groups.Result The assessment scores of skin damage was significantly lower in the experiment group than that in the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion Preventive care can effectively reduce skin damage caused by air-pressure tourniquet and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
