馆员素质直接影响着图书馆的发展,新时期快速变化的内部环境与外部环境都要求馆员进行继续教育。阐述了图书馆员继续教育的重要性,探讨了图书馆员继续教育的内容及途径。
The quality of the librarians has direct influence on the development of the library,Both internal environment and external environment that are changing rapidly in the new period require the librarians to receive the continuous education.This paper expounds the importance of librarians＇continuous education,and probes into the contents and paths of librarians＇continuous education.
