摘要
结合测试技术、交流变频技术、多传感器同步数据采集技术,设计了基于VC++6.0软件平台的活塞式空气压缩机性能计算机测控系统。阐述了该系统软、硬件设计原理和功能。该系统可对包括进气流量、冷却水流量、压力、温度和环境条件在内的26路空压机试验参数进行实时检测与分析,可实现变频、软启、直接驱动的交流电机控制和直流幅压直流电机控制,具备故障报警与记录、数据保存与打印、历史曲线绘制等功能。实际应用表明,系统采集、控制周期常规为30 ms,最快可达6ms,具有自动化程度高,可进行的试验项目多,性能参数测量精度高等特点。
A computer measurement and control system for air-compressor is designed,combining with the technologies of modern testing,alternating current frequency conversion,multi-sensor synchronous data acquisition.The systematic software and hardware design principle,key technologies,functions are expounded.In the system,real-time detection and analysis of 25 test parameters including flowrate of intake and cooling water,environmental conditions,pressure and temperature of all various levels are achieved.AC motor control driven by frequency converter,soft starter and power frequency directly and amplitude-voltage DC motor control are realized.Fault alarm and record,functions of database saving and printing,historical curve drawing and printing and so on are possessed.The practical application shows that routine acquisition and control of system is 30 ms,the fastest up to 6 ms,and system has high automation and multi-type test items,high efficient utilization of human resources and measuring accuracy.
