摘要
采用质的研究方法,对高师物理师范生的教育教学研究能力进行了个案研究.以"教育教学研究意识的唤醒"、"教育教学研究能力的培养"和"教育教学研究能力的形成"三个阶段为主题,深入剖析师范生教育教学研究能力的发展历程,归纳出教育教学研究能力形成的影响因素和核心品质,这为教师专业发展提供了有益的启示.
By using qualitative research methods,a case study about physics pre-teacher’s educational and teaching research ability has been carried out.Through in-depth analysis of the developing process of physics pre-teacher’s educational and teaching ability,and the process is consist of three stages that they are awakening education and teaching consciousness,training education and teaching research ability,and forming education and teaching ability,influence factors and core quality of the ability are been summed up,and which provide a useful inspiration on teachers’professional development.
