摘要
教师是一种特殊的职业,在知识经济时代,大学教师的角色正悄然发生变化,面临着多方的挑战,本文从学生对大学教师的期望入手,提出了知识经济时代的大学教师应该具有全新的教育观念,具有较强的教育教学研究能力,具有较好的课程开发能力,具有终身学习的观点,具有以"学生为本"的教育理念。
