摘要
新中国成立初期,河北省农村集市贸易由于受战争的影响而萧条。面对困境,新政府采取了一系列措施,如充分发挥政府的服务职能、尊重市场规律和调动多元的市场参与主体等,使农村集市数量增多、规模扩大、形式和交换方式多样,繁荣了河北省农村集市贸易。
In the early years of the People＇s Republie of China, trade in rural markets in Hebei Province was in depression because of war. Facing these difficulties, the new government adopted a series of measures, such as bringing in to full play the functions of government services, respeeting market rules and mobilizing diverse market subjects,greatly increasing the number of rural markets, expanding scale,enriching forms and ways of exchange and the trade in rural markets prospered.
