摘要
目的:探讨牙隐裂、牙折裂的致病因素及治疗方法。方法:通过病史询问及对牙体情况进行临床观察,分析原因,对发病年龄、性别、牙髓状况、好发牙位进行小结,同时,对牙隐裂、牙折裂的80例患者96颗牙的治疗效果进行门诊随访。结果:30-49岁为多发年龄,男多于女,好发上颌第一磨牙,死髓牙占62颗,创伤性力致56颗,关系及咀嚼习惯异常所致23颗。全冠修复82颗,成功和有效66颗,成功和有效率80.48%。结论:牙髓坏死是牙隐裂、牙折裂重要的内在因素,创伤性力是重要的外在因素。全冠修复是牙隐裂、牙折裂有效的治疗方法。
Objective：To discuss the clinical effects and treatment of cracked teeth and fractured teeth.Methods： By case history,dental conditions were clinically observed to analyze their reasons,and by age,sex,pulp status,teeth predilection sites,the diseases were summarized.The authors made follow-up to learn the treatment effects of the 80 out-patients with 96 teeth of cracked teeth and fractured teeth.Results：The patients of 30-49 years old are easier to get disease,male patients are more than female ones.The maxillary first molar is the teeth predilection sites.Dead dental pulp accounted for 62 cases,occlusal trauma accounted for 56 cases.Abnormal occlusal relationship and chewing habits accounted for 23 cases.Full crown restoration accounted for 82 cases,of which the successful and effective cases are 66,and the successful and efficient rate is 80.48%.Conclusion： Pulp necrosis is an important internal factor of cracked teeth and fractured teeth.However,occlusal trauma is an important external factor of it.Full crown restoration is an effective method for treating cracked teeth and fractured teeth.
