摘要
针对小直径深孔加工时常见的棘手现象,通过对切削速度、切削力和走刀量等因素的分析,结合生产实际,提出了预钻锥形孔、定位孔、改善刃形、选取合适的切削速度和走刀量等方法,以解决小直径深孔加工困难的问题。
In accordance with the common thorny phenomenon of small diameter deep hole processing, this article analyses the factors of the cutting speed, cutting force and enters for the quantity and so on. We propose the methods which pre bore tapered hole and pilot hole, improve knife-edge shape, sclect appropriate cutting speed and enters for the quantity and so on. It solves the problem of small diameter deep hole processing.
