摘要
针对火电机组运行过程中存在的设备老化问题,定义了老化性能参数,再通过历史数据确定相对煤质下单位负荷磨煤机电流随时间的变化关系,研究了磨煤机系统性能退化基数和老化性能系数,进而通过对其它辅机设备的相似分析,得出机组的整体老化性能系数。
Directing against the aging problems existing in operation process of thermal power units,the parameters of aging performance has been defined,and the relationship of mill current under unit load variating with time at corresponding coal quality being determined through historic data.The basic value of degration and the aging performance coefficient in the mill system have been studied.Through similar analysis of other auxiliary equipments of the unit,the aging performance of the total unit can be obtained.
