汽轮机转子材料的高温时效研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及X射线衍射仪对国内外常用的两种汽轮机转子材料30Cr2MoV和28CrNiMo1V钢在高温时效过程中的组织与性能变化进行了研究,并对两者进行了比较。结果表明,高温时效后,材料发生软化,晶界及晶内组织发生了变化,这些变化严重影响转子的使用寿命。两种材料对比结果表明,28CrNiMo1V钢性能优于30Cr2MoV钢。 This paper have investigated the structure and property changes of 30Cr2MoV steel and 28CrNiMo1V steel during aging by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and X ray diffractometer. The experimental results show that prolonged exposure at elevated temperature leads to materials softening and microstructure changes in grains and along grain boundaries. These changes affect the rotor life. The paper also points out that the properties of 28CrNiMo1V steel is superior to that of 30Cr2MoV steel.
