摘要
基于阿拉伯伊斯兰文化的管理思想具有极为丰富的内容和东方文化特色,它是受部落氏族文化和伊斯兰教共同影响、由阿拉伯人民在漫长的管理实践中探索总结得出的。穆斯林把真主视为宇宙万物的最高管理者,人类的任何管理活动———大到国家社会的管理,小到家庭和自身的管理,无一能脱离伊斯兰教所制定的道德准则及行为规范的约束,伊斯兰教的经典《古兰经》就是伊斯兰社会的"管理大全"。随着社会的进步以及世界各种不同文化的深入交流,阿拉伯管理者尝试将东西方管理思想相融合,以建立适应本民族的管理体系。
Management thought based on Arab-Islamic culture is extremely rich in contents and Oriental characteristics.It is influenced by tribal clan culture and Islam,and concluded by Arab people during the long management practices.Muslims regard Allah as the top manager of the universe,and any management activity of Human – from the management of state and society to that of family and individual,should meet the codes of ethics and conduct required by Islam,and Islam＇s classic ＂Koran＂ is the ＂Management Collection＂ of Islamic society.Along with social progress and frequent exchange of world＇s different cultures,Arab managers try to establish the management system adapted to Arab nation by fusing Eastern and Western management thoughts.
