摘要
在跨文化经济背景与语境下,如何形成基于东方人文特质的中国管理文化备受各界关注。本文在分析文化渊源与维度的基础上,系统考察和比较了中西管理文化的特质,提出了中国理念西方标准的文化融合观点。
In the cross -cultural economic background and context, how to form Chinese management culture which is based on eastern humanity characteristics has attracted the attention of all sectors. Based on the analysis of the cultural origins and dimensions, this article systematically studies and compares the characteristics of Chinese and Western management culture, and puts forward a perspective integrated with Chinese concept and western standards.
