摘要 采用高效液相色谱法,使用反相色谱柱和紫外检测器测定了可湿性粉剂中萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸的含量。流动相为甲醇与水(50/50 ,V/V,pH3~4) 。方法的标准偏差分别为0-018 和0-059,变异系数分别为0-009% 和0-011 % ,回收率分别为99-8 % ~100-8% 和99-1% ~100-2% 。 A method for the determination of 1-naphthylacetic acid and 3-indolebutyric acid in wettable powder by high performaice liquid chromatography on reversed phase chromatographic column with UV-absorbance detector ,the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and distilled water (50/50,v/v,pH 3~4).The standard deviation were 0.018 and 0.059,the coefficienat of variation were 0.009% and 0.011%,the recovery were 99.8%~100.8% and 99.1%~100.2%.
